During the Halloween Seasons back in the USA, we used to love picking out pumpkins and carving them elaborately.
But the "pumpkins" here in South Asia are a lot different. Mostly they are smaller, and certainly not the bright orange, festive pumpkins of Fall in the USA.
But we do what we can.
We bought Rebekah a pumpkin at the local supermarket,
And luckily she didn't remember how it paled in comparison to the pumpkins of her early years.
Rebekah also got to pick out a pumpkin from the Pumpkin Patch our friends made,
And she and her friends painted them to kick off our night of Halloween Fun!
So, although the pumpkins are too small to cut open and carve, we did what we could with all the pumpkin goodness South Asia had to offer.
