Really, South Asia? Part 6

"The Wheels on the Bus Go Round and Round..."

All kids in the USA love this song,
especially when they sing it actually riding a big yellow school bus.

Many American children were traumatized by some school experience,
but the smell of fake leather seats on cold February mornings
in our yellow school buses were somehow... comforting.

But what if you had to look forward to an hour-long ride
in one of these school "buses"?

The man bicycling you to school rings his bell in your neighborhood,
and you hop right in, and the driver hangs backpacks on the outside
of your bus, or cage, whichever you prefer.

Generations of students have considered school prison.
South Asia has just added a new level to that idea.
